Healthy Kaiserschmarrn

What’s your favorite breakfast? A good portion of Kaiserschmarren. This is currently my boyfriend’s favourite breakfast. Well I can understand it, because it’s so delicious and a healthy version! You don’t need many ingredients and it’s done very quickly.

For this recipe you need:

  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 egg
  • 30g spelt flour
  • 10g xylitol (optional)
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey (optional)
  • 30ml non-dairy milk

Utensils:

  • Bowl and stirrer

Mash a banana and mix all the ingredients together. Put some coconut oil in a pan and put in the dough. Fry the first side until golden brown and then turn over. It doesn’t matter if it doesn’t work on one piece, because now it has to be picked to pieces.

Applesauce and a little xylitol powder goes perfect on top!
