There’s nothing like naan’s for a curry. But they also go perfectly with salad. I like to eat them with some cottage cheese and vegetables. These naan’s are high in protein and are great to cover your protein intake!
For this recipe you need:
- 70g corn flour
- 30g Casein neutral in taste
- 100g low-fat quark
- some water
- salt and pepper
Mix all ingredients to a dough, form the naan’s (I make 4 pieces out of the dough) and cook in a pan until golden brown. Because of the corn flour it takes some patience to form the naan’s but as soon as they sizzle in the pan they don’t fall apart anymore.
