Vanilla Cheesecake with Raspberries

Cheesecake for breakfast? Yes, please! I love cake for breakfast, especially when it’s healthy and filling. The nutritional values can also be seen with 374 kcal it is perfect as breakfast or snack. The high protein level keeps you full for a long time and the desire for sweets is satisfied.

For this cheesecake you need:

  • 250g low-fat quark
  • 50g cream cheese light
  • 10g unsweetened pudding powder
  • 15g protein powder vanilla
  • raspberries

Utensils:

  • 12cm cake tin
  • Whisk and bowl or food processor

Mix all ingredients except the raspberries in a bowl. Then put the baking paper in the tin (only on the bottom) and pour in the mixture. Press in the raspberries and bake at 160°C circulating air for 30 minutes. As soon as the cheesecake is ready, let it cool completely and enjoy.
